Cancellation Policy
Booking procedure - A confirmation text or email will be sent to you within 3 days after a booking is made online. A reminder will be sent to you at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. A meeting link will be provided to you at least 2 hours before the scheduled meeting. Cancel or Reschedule booking - Please note that all consultations adhere to a stringent 24-hour cancellation policy. Continuous cancellation might lead to a ban in re-booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
